Tell me about the Ritual & Restore membership - what is it?

Experience the benefits of live real class style yoga classes from the comfort of your home. There is a new live schedule every month to bring a variety of different styles and a monthly theme with recommended recorded classes to help you flow with the seasonal changes. This will include the Kundalini class of the month, a Yoga Sculpt class, a Ritual Sleepy yoga class, face yoga and a Ritual Flow. Every week the Weekly Ritual Flow is uploaded, a live Slow & Serene class takes place at 10am every Wednesday and there is always something extra being uploaded for you to enjoy. For the membership price of £20 per month, you get access to all live classes and full access to those that have been recorded to watch on demand.  My weekly classes are the same classes I teach in person with my usual style. They cater to all levels, offering a blend of techniques to enhance your practice. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, our classes provide the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. Hi, I'm Helen, your yoga instructor. I am dedicating myself to mastering yoga and helping others discover its incredible benefits. I have absolutely fallen in love with yoga! When I first started I didn’t think it was for me but as time has gone on I have really started to enjoy it and watch myself change and become stronger at all the different moves. Yoga has become part of the journey in allowing me to fall back in love with myself and that’s down to Helen she is an amazing teacher and would really recommend coming and trying out the class!
